In 2009, we set out to change ​the HOA industry. Innovation has always been in our DNA. With our investments in technology and our commitment to transparency and integrity, we quickly became one of the leading Community Association Management companies in North and South Carolina.

In 2016, we noticed that many of our communities didn't need the traditional full-service management or it simply wasn't in their budget. So we revamped our systems, worked out the legal hurdles, and developed a proven method of serving HOA boards virtually.

We are proud to offer an at-will agreement to each of our communities. This means that each of our HOA’s choose to stay with us because of our exceptional service, not a piece of paper. This also makes our team work harder because we know you’re free to go at anytime.

You are welcome to keep any vendor you’re happy with. We have also developed a national network of vendors who are best in-class ranging from landscapers, pool service companies, attorney’s, handymen, sanitation services, general contractors, and more!
